Have it on the side or dip it in, it's a treat both ways!<br /><br />:@indoirishgirls<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />Butter - 100 gm <br />Self-raising flour - 100 gm <br />Golden syrup - 100 gm <br />Oats - 100gm <br />Mixed fruits - 100gm <br /><br />Method:<br /><br />1)In a large mixing bowl put 100gms of self raising flour,100gms of rolled oats, 100gms of butter, 100gms of golden syrup and 100gms of mixed dry fruits.<br /><br />2) Mix the mixture until fully combined.<br /><br />3)Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper and rub with olive oil.<br /><br />4)Preheat the oven to 180ºC.<br /><br />5)Transfer the mixture to the lined tin, flattening to the edges. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.<br /><br />6)Remove from the oven, slice into squares, and leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes.<br /><br />7)Use the paper to lift out on to a wire rack, and leave to cool completely.<br /><br />8)Enjoy!!
